摘要
本研究报告38例阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征(obstructive sleep apnea syndrome,OSAS)和26例正常对照红细胞压积(Ht)和血粘度结果,提示OSAS患者Ht为50.6±7.3％,血粘度20.3±4.9厘泊,明显高于对照组Ht43.9±5.1％,和血粘度14.8±3.6厘泊。P<0.001,且与OSAS患者夜间低氧饱和度呈负相关。文中讨论了低氧引起血液流变学改变对生理的不利影响。
The hematocrit and blood visicosity were determined in 38 patients with Obstractive Sleep Apnea Syndrome (OSAS) and 26 control subjects. The result showed that the hematocrit 50.6±7.3％, and blood visicosity 20.3±4.9 CP. in the patients with OSAS were significantly higher than that in the control subjects (hematocrit: 43.9±5.1％, blood visieosity 14.8±3.6 CP. P<0.001). They had reverse relation to nocturnal desaturation of oxygen in the patients with OSAS.
