摘要
为探讨低强度氦氖激光血管内照射预防动脉粥样硬化的机制,观察了低强度氦氖激光血管内照射对饲脂家兔血液流变学及主动脉和冠状动脉病理学的影响。结果:低强度氦氖激光可显著降低全血高切粘度、低切粘度、红细胞压积、血沉、血沉方程K值(P<005~001),而血浆粘度变化不显著(P>005)。主动脉粥样硬化斑块面积百分比与全血高切粘度、低切粘度、红细胞压积、血沉、血浆粘度呈显著正相关(r=04328~09182,P<005~0001)。光镜检查,动脉粥样病变程度明显减轻。结果提示:低强度氦氖激光血管内照射具有预防动脉粥样硬化的作用。
he purpose of this study was to evaluate the efficacy of intravascular lowlever laser irradiation therapy on blood(ILLLI) in the prevention of atherosclerosis(AS) by measuring the hemorrheological parameters and histomorphometry of the aorta and the coronary arteries.The results showed that ILLLI could significantly lower ηHB,ηLB,HCT,ESR,and K(P<0.05~0.01),but there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05)in PV. Positive correlations existed between atheromatous lesion percent of the intimal surface of aorta, and ηHB,ηLB,HCT,ESR,PV and K(r=0.4328~0.9182,P<0.05~0.001).ILLLI had good effect in the prevention of AS.
