摘要
观察ARDS患者氧自由基和血粘度变化 ,并探讨两者间的关系。方法用NXE -4锥板式粘度计检测高切变率(200S -1)、中切变率(20S -1)和低切变率(4S -1)下全血表观粘度 ;测定SOD蛋白含量、活性和MDA含量。结果ARDS组高、中、低切变率下全血表观粘度明显增高(P<0.05和P<0.01) ;MnSOD活性明显降低(P<0.05) ,MDA含量明显增高(P<0.01) ;MDA含量与高、中、低各切变率下全血表观粘度均显著相关。结论ARDS时全血粘度增高 。
Objective To investigate the changes of oxy_free radicals and blood viscosity and explore their relationship in patients with ARDS. Methods The whole blood apparent viscosity (WBAV) at shear rate 200S-1、20S-1、4S-1,content and activity of SOD, content of MDA were examined in patients and normal groups. Results The WBAV at every shear rate was significantly increased(P<0.05,P<0.01),MnSOD activity was obviously decreased (P<0.05),MDA content was higher (P>0.01) in patients. The content of MDA was significantly correlated with WBAV at every shear rate in patients . Conclusions The WBAV was higher in patients with ARDS and it may be related to the increased oxy-free radicals.
