摘要
近年来,食品安全问题,尤其是动物性食品中兽药残留超标的问题,引起了全世界的普遍关注,而磺胺药物是一类广泛使用的预防性和刺激动物生长的抗生素。本文介绍了目前常用的磺胺类药物残留分析方法,并对各种检测方法进行了比较分析。同时对磺胺药物残留检测方法发展的前景进行了展望。
Recently,food safety issues,especially of sulfonamide residues in animal food stuff,have caused the widespread attention of the whole world.And,sulfonamides are a class of widely used preventive and stimulate the growth of animal antibiotics.This paper introduces the present commonly used analysis methods of sulfonamide and then these methods were compared and analyzed.The future trends for the determination of sulfonamide residues in animal food stuffs are briefly discussed.
