摘要
目的探讨孕三烯酮在卵巢巧克力囊肿手术患者中的应用价值。方法以2010年1月－2011年10月于本院进行治疗的114例卵巢巧克力囊肿患者为研究对象，将所有患者随机分为对照组（单纯腹腔镜手术组）57例和观察组（腹腔镜手术加孕三烯酮组）57例，将两组患者中不同分期者的总有效率及复发率进行比较。结果观察组中不同分期者的总有效率高于对照组，且复发率低于对照组，P均〈0．05，差异有统计学意义。结论孕三烯酮在卵巢巧克力囊肿手术患者中的应用价值较高，可有效控制复发。
Objective To study the application value of gestrinone in the patients with ovarian chocolate cyst operation. Methods One hundred and fourteen patients with ovarian chocolate cyst who were treated in our hospital from January 2010 to October 2011 were selected as research object, all the patients were randomly divided into control group （only laparoscopic operation group） 57 cases and observation group （laparoscopic operation and gestrinone） 57 cases, then the total effective rate and recurrence rate of two groups with different stages were evaluated and compared. Results The total effective rate of observation group with different stages were higher than those of control group, recurrence rate were lower than those of control group, all P 〈 0.05, the differences between the two groups were significant. Conclusion The application value of gestrinoue in the patients with ovarian chocolate cyst operation is higher, and it can effectively control the recurrence.
