摘要
目的研究分析促性腺激素释放激素激动剂(GnRH-a)联合腹腔镜手术在子宫内膜异位症中的综合应用价值。方法选取2011年7月至2013年1月进行腹腔镜手术治疗的42例子宫内膜异位症患者为对照组,同时期采用GnRH-a联合腹腔镜手术进行治疗的42例患者为观察组,将两组中Ⅲ期、Ⅳ期者的治疗总有效率、血清疾病及复发相关指标进行比较。结果观察组中Ⅲ期、Ⅳ期者的治疗总有效率分别高于对照组,治疗后4周与12周观察组的血清糖类抗原(CA)125、CA199、子宫内膜胎盘蛋白14(PP14)、人附睾蛋白4(HE4)以及基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)、基质金属蛋白酶抑制剂-1(TIMP-1)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)水平均低于对照组,差异均有显著性(P<0.05)。结论 GnRH-a联合腹腔镜手术在子宫内膜异位症中的综合应用价值较高,对于改善疾病治疗效果及控制复发具有积极的作用。
Objective To study and analyze the comprehensive application value of GnRH - a combined with laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of patients with endometriosis. Methods 42 patients with cndometriosis who were treated with laparoscopic surgery in our hospital from July 2011 to January 2013 were selected as control greup,42 patients who were treated with GnRH - a combined with laparoscopic surgery at the same time were the observation group, then the total treatment effective rate of stage II1 and IV, serum disease related indexes and relapse related in- dexes before and after the treatment of two groups were compared. Results The total treatment effective rate of observation group with stage m and IV were respectively higher than those of control group, serum disease related indexes and relapse related indexes after the treatment were all lower than those of control group too, all P 〈 0.05. There were all significant differences. Conclusion The comprehensive application value of GnRH -a combined with laparescopic surgery in the treatment of patients with endometfiosis is higher, and it also palys an active role in improving the treatment effect and controlling the relapse of disease.
