摘要
目的探讨腹腔镜下巧克力囊肿剔除术的临床价值。方法对101例需行巧克力囊肿剔除术患者随机分为腹腔镜组(51例)与开腹手术治疗组(50例),比较两组术中、术后及随访的各项指标。结果两组的手术时间、术中出血量、术后排气时间、术后病率、住院时间及术后症状缓解率相比,腹腔镜组显著低于开腹组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组术后复发率相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论腹腔镜下巧克力囊肿剔除术具有创伤小、术中出血少、术后恢复快等优点,是一种较为理想的手术方法,值得推广。
Objective To explore the clinical value of laparoscopic surgery in chocolate cyst.Methods 101 patients with chocolate cysts need to remove the line surgery were randomly divided into two groups： the laparoscopic group（51 cases） and open surgery group（50 cases）.The postoperative and follow-up of the indicators were observed.Results Surgical operative time,blood loss,postoperative discharge time,postoperative morbidity,hospital stay and postoperative symptom relief rate of the laparoscopic group was significantly lower than that of the laparotomy group（P0.05）.Compared the recurrence rate of the two groups,the difference was not statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery of chocolate cyst removed with less trauma,less bleeding,rapid postoperative recovery,etc.,is an ideal surgical method.
