摘要
采用化学农药防治迟眼蕈蚊(Bradysia odoriphaga Yang et Zhang)而产生的农药残留问题是无公害韭菜生产的主要障碍。为了探讨防治宁夏迟眼蕈蚊有效的生物防治技术,在宁夏永宁县采用田间试验,对不同栽种年限韭菜田施用昆虫病原线虫(Heterorhabditis bacteriophora,Hb),研究Hb对迟眼蕈蚊幼虫、蛹的防治效果及对韭菜生长和产量的作用。结果表明,Hb对栽种不同年份韭菜田幼虫和蛹均有防治效果,对栽种2a韭菜田幼虫和蛹的防治效果高于栽种3a和4a韭菜田,施用Hb 15d后,对栽种2a韭菜田迟眼蕈蚊幼虫防治效果达100%,对蛹的防效达96.7%。Hb对迟眼蕈蚊幼虫的防治效果好于蛹。施用Hb 15d和30d后,均使栽种2a、3a和4a韭菜田黄苗率降低、株高增加、产量提高,尤其对栽种4a韭菜增产效果明显,施用Hb 30d后,增产64%。昆虫病原线虫Hb可在我国西部用于防治韭菜田迟眼蕈蚊,是生产无公害韭菜生产的有效技术。
Pestcide residue caused by chemical on Bradysia odoriphaga is a main barrier on pollution-free production of Chinese chive.A field experiment was set up in Yongning county,Ningxia to probe a effective bio-control technique for Bradysia odoriphaga.Heterorhabditis bacteriophora(Hb)was used in three plant-ages of Chniese chive to test effect of Hb on juvenile and pupal of Bradysia odoriphaga,growth and yield of Chniese chive.The results showed that juvenile and pupal of Bradysia odoriphaga were effectively controlled by Hb in three plant-ages of Chinese chive,but control efficiency was better in two years old of Chinese chive than in three or four years old of Chinese chive.The control efficiency on juvenile and pupal of Bradysia odoriphaga respectively reached at 100% and 96.7% after Hb was used 15d,The control efficiency of Hb is higher on juvenile than on pupal of Bradysia odoriphaga.Rate of yellow seedling decreased,and plant height and yield increased in three plant-ages of Chinese chive after Hb was applied 15d and 30d.The effect of Hb on yield was distinct in four years old of Chinese chive,and the yield was increase by 64% after Hb was used 30d.The Bradysia odoriphaga can be controlled by entomopathogenic nematode in Ningxia,which is a effective method for pollution-free production of Chinese chive.
