摘要
黄河三角洲区域科技创新合作发展是全面推进高效生态经济区建设亟待解决的问题,也是优化全省区域经济发展格局和增强黄河三角洲地区整体竞争力的关键之举。本文基于建设黄河三角洲"高效生态"经济发展的目标,分析了当前黄河三角洲科技创新合作的重要意义,在分析黄河三角洲科技创新合作现状的基础上,建立开放式创新团队、科学有效的管理及用人机制等促进黄河三角洲高效生态经济区科技创新合作发展。
The development of scientific and technical innovation and cooperation of Yellow River Delta as an problem to be solved in comprehensively promoting the construction of highly efficient and ecological economic zone, is the key to optimize the province＇s regional economic development pattern and strengthen overall competitiveness of this area. Based on the target of ＂highly efficient and ecological＂ development of the economy in Yellow River Delta, this paper analyses the importance of cooperation on scientific and technical innovation of Yellow River Delta. Finally, to advance scientific and technical innovation and cooperation of Yellow River Delta needs to construct open innovation team, scientific and effective management and employment mechanism and so on.
