摘要
对于嵌入跨国公司全球生产体系的发展中国家或地区来说,谋求产业价值链的高端提升和提升国际分工地位是重要的发展目标。本文不仅从理论上说明了FDI、国际贸易、技术创新、国际分工等因素能够影响产业价值链提升,并且运用面板数据模型、有偏估计等方法验证了这些因素对长三角制造业发展的影响。扩大吸引外资、积极开展对外贸易、增加研发投入和强化区域分工等可以推动包括长三角在内的我国制造业价值链提升。
With the integration of the global production system of transnational corporations, the developing countries or regions hope to enhence the global value chain （GVC） and upgrade the status of the international division of labor. This article not only describes theoretically FDI, international trade, technological innovation, the international division of la- ber and other factors can affect industrial upgrading, but Empirical Analyzes these factors affect the development of the manufacturing industry in Yangtze River Delta based on Panel Data and Biased Estimation. Therefore, to attract more foreign investment, and actively carry out foreign trade, increased investment in research and development and strengthening of the regional division of labor can promote manufacturing industrial upgrading along the GVC.
