Analysis on Scientific and Technological Innovation Status in Beijing Agriculture Related Fields Based on Patent Perspective

摘要 以专利视角,运用文献计量法,从科技创新态势、创新水平和创新主体3个方面对北京涉农领域科技创新现状进行分析。结果表明,北京涉农领域科技创新能力和专利保护意识显著增强,涉农企业的科技创新主体地位日益巩固,但各行业科技创新实力不均衡、龙头企业较少、有效专利占比少和专利强度不高,科技创新水平有待进一步提升。针对当前现状及存在的问题,提出了推进北京涉农领域科技创新的相关建议。 With the method of bibliometrics, the present status of scientific and technological innovation in Beijing agriculture related fields based on patent perspective was analyzed from three aspects including scientific and technological innovation situation, innovation level and innovation subject. The results showed that the capability of scientific and technological innovation and patent protection awareness of Beijing agriculture related fields had been significantly improved; the main position of agriculture enterprises in scientific and technological innovation was increasingly consolidated; but with problems of unbalanced innovation strength in various subfields, less leading enterprises, less effective patents, low patent strength, the level of scientific and technological innovation should be further improved. In view of the current status and problems, some suggestions were given to promote the scientific and technological innovation of Beijing agriculture related fields.
