摘要
目的建立通络止痛散中血竭素的HPLC测定方法。方法色谱柱为Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18(4.6 mm×150mm,5μm),柱温为35℃;流动相为乙腈-0.05 mol.L-1磷酸二氢钠溶液(45∶55),流速为1 ml.min-1;检测波长480 nm。结果血竭素保留时间约为8 min,与相邻峰的分离度大于1.5。以峰面积对进样浓度线性回归,回归方程为Y=0.032 71 X-1.026,r=0.9999,线性范围为17.43～348.6μg.ml-1,加样回收率为98.9%,RSD为2.0%。结论本方法操作简便,测定结果准确可靠,可用于通络止痛散中血竭素的含量测定。
Objective To establish an HPLC quantitative method for the determination of dracorhodin in Tongluo Zhitong San. Methods HPLC method was used for determining the content of dracorhodin. The chromatography column was Agilent ZORBAX SB-CIs （ 150 mm x4.6 ram,5 p,m） at 35 ℃. The mobile phase was aeetonitrile-0.05 mol -L-1 sodium dihydrogen phosphate solution（45：55 ）. The flow rate was 1 ml -rain-1 and monitored at 480 nm. Results The retention time of dracorhodin was about 8 rain. The resolution was over 1.5. The regression equation for draeorhodin was Y =0. 032 71 X - 1. 026, r = 0. 9999, and the linear range was 17.43-348.6 m1-1 The average recovery was 98.9% and RSD was 2.0%. Conclusion This method is simple,time-saving and accurate. It can be used for routine analysis of dracorhodin in Tongltro Zhitoug San.
