摘要
目的建立测定麝香接骨胶囊中血竭素含量的方法。方法采用Diamonsil C18分析柱（250×4.6mm）,以乙腈-0.05mol·min-1磷酸二氢钠溶液（50∶50）为流动相,流速0.8mL·min-1,检测波长为442nm,柱温45℃。结果本方法线性范围为,14.52-72.62μg·mL-1,r=0.9994,方法回收率在97.42%,RSD=0.84%（n=6）。结论本方法灵敏准确,重现性好,适用于麝香接骨胶囊中血竭素的含量测定。
OBJECTIVE An HPLC method was developed for the determination of Draeorhodin in Shexi- angjiegu Capusules.METHODS The chromatographic separation was carried out on Diamonsil C-q8 column （250mm x 4.6mm, 5ttm）with the mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile-0.05mol＇ L-l natrium bihydrogen phosphanate （50：50）, flow rate at 0.8mL· rain-1, Detection wavelength was set at 442nm and column temperature was 45＊（3. RESULTS the linear range was 14.52 N 72.62μg · mL-1 r = 0. 9994, the average recovery rate was 97.42 %, RSD = 0.84 % （n = 6）. CONCLUSION The method was sensitive, accurate and reproducible. It is suitable for the studying on the content of Dracorhodin of in Shexiangjiegu Capusules.
