摘要
目的建立测定血竭骨刺康胶囊中血竭素含量的方法。方法采用RP-HPLC法。色谱柱为kromasil C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),流动相:乙腈(A)-0.05mol/L磷酸二氢钾(B),梯度洗脱(0～20min35%～60%A),流速1.0mL/min,检测波长为440nm,柱温:30℃。结果血竭素高氯酸盐在0.408～2.040μg内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.9998;平均回收率为96.5%,RSD=1.3(n=5)。结论本方法可用于血竭骨刺康胶囊的质量控制。
Objective To establish the method about determination of Dracorhodin in Xuejiegucikang Capsules. Methods RP-HPLC method was used. The chromatographic column was kromasil C18 （4.6 mm ×250 ram, 5μm）, mobile phase： ace- tonitrile（A）-0.05 mol/L potassium dihydrogen phosphate（B）. Gradient elution （0 to 20 min 35%-60% A）, velocity 1.0 mL/min, detected wavelength was 440 nm. The column temperature： 30℃. Results Dracorhodin perehlorate in 0.408-2.040μg and peak area showed a good linear relationship, the correlation coefficient was 0.999 8; the average recovery was 96.5%, RSD = 1.3 （n = 5）. Conclusion This method can be used for the quality control of Dracorhodin in Xuejiegucikang Capsules.
