摘要
目的建立正骨消肿口服液的质量标准。方法采用TLC法对制剂中当归、川芎、续断、三七进行定性鉴别;采用HPLC法测定其中芍药苷的含量。结果 TLC法斑点清晰,阴性对照无干扰。芍药苷在2.324～116.2μg·ml-1范围内线性良好(r=0.9999),平均回收率为98.96%,RSD为1.88%(n=6)。结论本方法重复性好、简便易行,可用于正骨消肿口服液的质量控制。
Objective To establish a method for evaluation of the quality standard of Zhenggu Xiaozhong oral liquid. Methods TLC was used for identification of Radix Angelicae, Rhizoma chuanxiong~ Radix Dipsac, Radix Notoginseng. HPLC was employed to determine the content of paeoniflorin in the preparation. Results The calibration curve for paeoniflorin was found to be linear from 2. 324 to;l16.2 μg ·ml^-1, r =0.9999. The average recovery of paeoniflorin was 98.96% （ RSD = 1.88%, n = 6）. Conclusion This method is simple, rapid and well reproducible. It can be used as a reliable method for quality control of Zhenggu Xiaozhong oral liquid.
