摘要
目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定正骨1号片中三七皂苷R_1,人参皂苷Rg_1及Rb_1的含量。方法:色谱柱为Agilent EclipseXDB C_(18)柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),使用梯度洗脱系统,流动相为乙腈-水;流速为1.0 ml·min^(-1);检测波长为203 nm。结果:三七皂苷R_1在0.62~12.33μg(r=1.0000)范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为98.15%,RSD=1.72%(n=6);人参皂苷Rg_1在0.51~10.20μg(r=0.999 9)范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为98.18%,RSD=1.16%(n=6);人参皂苷Rb_1在0.52~10.31μg(r=1.0000)范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为97.66%,RSD=1.00%(n=6)。结论:本方法准确,专属性强,重复性好,可用于正骨1号片的质量控制。
Objective: To establish an HPLC method for the determination the contents of notoginsenoside R1, ginsenoside Rg1 and Rb1 in zhenggu yihao tablets. Method: The Agilent Eclipse XDB C18 (250 mm×4. 6 mm,5μm) was used,and the mobile phase was aeetonitrile-water with gradient elution system, the flow rate was 1.0 ml. min^-1 and the detection wavelength 203 nm. Result: The liner range of notoginsenoside R1 was 0. 62-12. 33 μg (r = 1. 000 0) and the average recovery was 98. 15% ,RSD = 1.72% (n =6) ;The liner range of ginsenoside Rg1 was 0. 51-10. 20 g (r = 0. 999 9 ) and the average recovery was 98.18%, RSD = 1.16% (n = 6 ) ;The liner rang of ginsenoside Rb1 was 0. 52-10. 31 μg (r = 1. 000 0) and the average recovery was 97.66% , RSD = 1.00% (n = 6). Conclusion: The method is accurate, selective and reproducible, which can be used to control the quality of zhenggu yihao tablets.
