摘要
液压针对起竖系统液压回路节流、溢流损失大的问题,提出了变频容积调速和节流调速相结合的复合调速方法 ,用正弦加速度函数法规划了角速度曲线,进行了角速度跟踪控制的联合仿真研究。结果表明,相对于传统的节流调速,复合调速方法能够有效地减小泵源输出流量,提高系统能量利用率。
According to the great hydraulic restriction and overflow loss in erecting system, the variable frequency volume control with the combination of restriction control method is put forward. The erecting angle velocity is marked out using sinusoid of acceleration, and conduct the angular velocity tracking control of the joint simulation. The resuhs show that, compared with traditional restriction control, the compound method can effectively reduce the pump source output flow, and improve the system energy utilization ratio.
