摘要
故障模式、机理及影响分析(FMMEA)是一种新的可靠性分析方法,有助于寻找潜在故障的原因,从根本上可控制产品的故障风险。介绍了FMMEA的主题和技术要点,提出一套可行的系统工程分析方法,并运用到柴油机产品的可靠性分析中。具体内容包括选取工作条件恶劣的活塞为分析对象;明确活塞各组成零部件的功能;借助于活塞的边界图、功能图、P图等辅助分析图,详细分析了活塞的故障原因、机理和影响,并提出相应的改进措施。
FMMEA (Failure Mode, Mechanism and Effect Analysis) is a new method for reliability analysis. It is helpful to find the causes of potential failure which could eliminate or reduce the risk of the potential failure. The thought and the key techniques of FMMEA are introduced and a feasible analysis method of engineering application is brought out. Then FMMEA is applied to the reliability analysis of Diesel Engine. The details include: choosing piston as the analytical object, which works in harsh conditions; confirming the functions of every components of piston; analyzing the failure modes, causes, mechanism and failure effects of piston by virtue of boundary diagram, function diagram and P diagram; presenting some proposals.
