摘要
针对多级缸起竖系统能量利用率不高的问题,提出了恒压频比变频容积调速和节流调速相结合的复合调速方法。利用AMESim和Simulink建立了多级缸起竖系统的仿真模型,进行了仿真试验。结果表明:采用变频液压技术能够有效减小节流、溢流损失,提高了系统的能量利用率。
A compound speed control method combining V/F control and throttle control was proposed for the low efficiency of the erecting hydraulic system. Using AMESim and Simulink,the model was established and simulated. The simulation results indicate that the new erecting system saves more energy.
