摘要
文中对某大型起竖设备的起竖过程进行了分析和仿真,对双缸起竖液压回路进行了改进,提出了一种PID控制器,实现了双缸起竖的同步控制。该方法改善了系统的同步特性,具有较高的精确性和稳定性。
The erecting process of the large erecting device is analyzed and simulated, and the hydraulic loop is also improved in some paris of Ihe system. This article gives a new controller which use PID control to achieve a way of the two erecting hydraulic cylinder's synchronization control. This method ameliorated the synchronization of the system, and also with a better accuracy and stahility.
