摘要
本文分析了模具加工中淬硬钢高速数控铣削的铣削力、刀具磨损及加工策略,为淬硬模具材料的高速数控加工提供了实用依据,实践证明,效果良好。
Milling force, tool wear and machining strategy in mould and die industry with high speed numerical control milling with quench hardening steel is analyzed. Practical foundation for high speed numerical control machining with quench hardening steel is provided. The result is well proved by the experiments.
