神经母细胞瘤的诊治新进展 被引量：5

摘要 神经母细胞瘤（neuroblastoma,NB）来源于交感神经系统,是儿童期最常见的实体性外周神经系统恶性肿瘤,具有生物行为多样性的特点,可自然消退,可转为良性,但大部分肿瘤快速进展而导致患儿死亡[1]。在美国,平均每年有600例新增诊断病例,在儿童所有肿瘤中所占比例为8%～10％，而60％患儿初步诊断时年龄大于1岁，45％患儿在发现时已经有远处转移。现综述近年有关NB诊断与治疗新进展。
