摘要
目的观察在中医临床实习教学过程中形成性考核对教学活动的影响。方法对五年制中医临床专业学生35人在临床实习过程中实施学生主持讲课、病例分析、临床技能操作、评价平时成绩等多种形式考核方式。在考核过程中,通过教学互动、信息反馈,及时调整教学内容及教学方式。结果问卷调查显示形成性评价考核方式优于传统出科考,基本理论知识及实际操作能力均得到提高。结论形成性评价考核方式优于传统出科考,该考核方式能有机地结合教学的各个环节,提高教学质量,值得在临床实践教学活动中推广。
Objective: To observe the effect of formative assessment on the clinical practice teaching activities. Methods A variety of diversity assessment, such as student host lectures, case analysis, clinical skills and peacetime achievements, were implemented for 35 students of 5 year system during the course of clinical practice in the Department of Hematology and Department of Internal-neurology. The teaching contents and the teaching modes were timely adjusted In the process of assessment, and through interactive teaching, information feedback. Results Questionnaire survey indicated that formative assessment was better than the traditional examination. Both basic theoretical knowledge and practical ability were improved. Conclusion The formative assessment is better than the traditional examination. The formative assessment can organically combine each teaching link, improve the teaching quality. It is worth to be extended in the clinical practice teaching activity.
