摘要
虫茶既是一种传统饮料又是一种传统中药，具有多种保健功能作用。本文详细地介绍了虫茶的药理保健作用和生产方法，还介绍了产虫茶的昆虫和植物原料。针对当前的研究利用现状，提出了自己的看法。
In China,theINSECT-TEA,with many functions,is always taken as a medicine for curing some disease or as a drink for quenching ghirst. In this paper,we especially dicuss the functions and processing of the INSECT-TEA,the inscets produced INSECT-TEAand the plant materials,According to the current sutiation of the research and utilization of it,the development of the INSECT-TEAis given some advice.
