马尾松毛虫毒素的提取及其基本性质 被引量:13

摘要 为了研究马尾松毛虫幼虫毒素的极性和毒性大小等性质,采用不同极性的溶剂对幼虫毒素进行了抽提试验,并试用家兔皮肤刺激试验法和小鼠急性毒性试验法作为毒素的生物检测方法.结果表明,家兔皮肤刺激试验法可用于马尾松毛虫幼虫毒素的生物检测;毒素性质的研究表明,毒素活性成分的极性较大,较易溶于80%乙醇,可溶于水,较难溶于正丁醇和正己烷;家兔皮肤刺激试验表明,毒素水提物中含毒素蛋白的量很小;热稳定性试验表明,活性成分在常压105℃下热处理不稳定. To study the extraction method and basic physical and chemical property of toxin from Dendrolimus punctatus Walker,four different polar solvents were used in the extraction of the toxin with new detection methods,rabbit skin test and acute toxicity test,which were firstly used in the study on toxin from Dendrolimus punctatus Walker.The results showed that the active components of the toxin could be more easily melted in 80% alcohol and utterly in distilled water, but incompletaly melted in n-butanol and n-hexane.The result of rabbit skin test showed that there was little protein in the water extract.The acute toxicity test revealed that the active components of the toxin from Dendrolimus punctatus Walker was not steady to the heat treatment at 105 ℃.
