In this paper we study the boundedness and asymptotic behaviour of sotutions of the generalized Liénard system=h(y)-F(x) =-g(x)+e(t)We obtain the sufficient and necessary conditions for all solutions to be bounded and to converge to zero. Our results extends and improves some important result in the literature [1~10] .
