摘要
在摇瓶培养条件研究的基础上，进行了反应器补料分批培养海洋红酵母的实验，在10L气升式环流式发酵罐中，间歇和连续补料分批培养时干细胞浓度分别为23．08g／L和25．25g／L。
On the base of studies in shaking flask culture, the fed-batch culture of Oceanic red yeast in reactor are performed. In the 10L air-lift loop fermenter by using intermpted fed-batch and continuous fed-batch approach, the results that the dry cell concentration are 23.08g/L and 25.25g/L are obtained respectively.
