摘要
社区管理是近年来学界研究的热点。以中国期刊网篇名含"社区管理"的文献为考察对象,对社区组织、人员、领域、管理、分析视角及相关问题的具体分析,不难发现,当前我国的社区管理研究存在着概念界定模糊、领域研究不均衡、微观研究欠缺、视角、方法重复等问题。因此,应本着科学、严谨的态度,准确把握基本概念;平衡不同的研究领域;加强特殊领域的微观研究;利用多学科交叉研究方法,从而对当前我国的社区管理理论与实践提供有意义的研究与借鉴。
Community management is hot in the field of study.This article's object is title including of 'community management',by which anglicizing the community organization,personnel,field,management,perspective,related problems and other important issues.It is not difficult to find there are some problems in today's study,such as fuzzy concept,unbalanced research field,lack of microscopic study,repeated perspective and so on.Therefore,we should have the scientific and rigorous attitude,grasp the basic concepts accurately;make different research field balance;strengthen the special field of microscopic study;use interdisciplinary research methods to provide meaningful study and draw lessons for the current Chinese community management theory and practice.
