摘要
目的探索低剂量电离辐射对作业人员外周血淋巴细胞亚群的影响。方法检测62例有核辐射接触史者(接触组)外周血T淋巴细胞亚群CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+比值、CD56+自然杀伤细胞(NK细胞)、细胞因子诱导的杀伤细胞(CIK细胞)在淋巴细胞中的百分率,以40例无核辐射接触史的健康男性为对照。结果接触组和对照组CD3+T淋巴细胞百分率分别为(67.6±7.01)%和(64.3±4.58)%,差异具有统计学意义(t=-2.65,P<0.05),CD3+CD8+T淋巴细胞百分率分别为(20.73±5.48)%和(22.60±4.21)%,差异具有统计学意义(t=1.83,P<0.05)。结论低剂量电离辐射能引起CD3+CD8+T淋巴细胞降低,可能对机体有一定程度的辐射损伤,应采取有效的职业防护。
Objective To investigate effects of low-dose ionizing radiation on lymphocyte subsets in peripheral blood of Workers with Exposure.Methods The CD3+T,CD3+CD4+T,CD3+CD8+T,CD4+/CD8+,CD56+,CIK percentage in the peripheral blood lymphocyte of 62 soldiers who Contact the nuclear radiation were tested,with 40 healthy male controls.Results There were significant difference(t=-2.65,P<0.05) between the percents of CD3+ T cells in lymphocyte of contact group(67.6±7.01)% versus control group(64.3±4.58)%.The percents of CD3+CD8+T cells in lymphocyte between contact group(20.73±5.48)% versus control group(22.60±4.21)% were significantly different also(t=1.83,P<0.05).Conclusion Reduction of CD3+CD8+T subsets of lymphocyte was mainly caused by low-dose ionizing radiation in soldiers who contact the nuclear radiation.Effective occupational protection should be adopted.
