摘要
目的 :评价X -刀立体放疗在晚期胰腺癌治疗中的价值。方法 :14例患者 (原发肿瘤 3例 ,转移肿瘤 11例 ) ,均采用高剂量分割治疗 ,每周 3次 ,分 4～ 10次进行 ,处方剂量为 5～ 8Gy ,总量 2 8～ 4 5Gy。结果 :原发肿瘤 3例 ,瘤体明显缩小 ,转移肿瘤 11例 ,局控 10例 ( 7例明显缩小 ,3例稳定 )。中位生存期10个月。结论 :X -刀治疗极大地提高了胰腺癌放疗疗效 。
Objective:To study the effect of stereotactic radiotherapy in the treatment of advanced pancrea cancer.Methods:All patients (3 cases primary tumor,11 cases metastases tumor)treated with high dose fraction radiotherapy.the prescribe dose was 5-8 Gy,3 times a week with the total dose of 28-45 Gy.Results:3 cases primary tumor,all shrinked obviously, among 11 case metastases tumor,10 cases achieved local control (7 cases shrinked obviously, 3 cases stable).The average surviving period was 10 months.Conclusions:The X knife treament greatly enhanced the pancreas cancer's treatment effect,and provided an effective method for the un operated patients.
