摘要
目的 :探讨胰腺癌术式的选择。方法 :1997年 11月～ 1999年 1月行全胰腺切除术 2例并结合文献复习。结果 :2例患者术后顺利 ,无严重并发症 ,2例患者随访半年和 1年余 ,无转移征象 ,生活质量良好。结论 :随着手术技能围手术期处理及胰腺基础研究的不断提高 ,全胰腺切除术的手术适应证也随之扩大 。
Objective:The incidnce of pancreatic cancer has been growing in recent years.Early diagenosis and treatment of this tumor are still among the most difficalt ones of malignancies.There is still much controversy on choices of surgical approach.Methods:During the period of November 1997 to January 1999.Total pancreatecomy was performed on two cases of pancreatic cancer.Results:Two case were still alive in good condition for over one year and 6 monthsrespeltinely.Conclusion:Pancreatectomy in the treament of pancreatic cancer should bebroadened with improvements of operative skill,pre-/postoperative treatment and nursing care.Consequently availability of surgical treament of pancreatic cancer will be grow and the prognosis of the patients will be improved.
