胰腺癌患者行高强度聚焦超声治疗的观察与护理 被引量:1

摘要 胰腺癌是恶性程度高且预后极差的消化系统肿瘤.因早期症状不明显,约80%的患者就诊已属中晚期,胰腺癌诊断后仅有不到1/3的能够手术,约90%的患者诊断后1年内死亡.胰腺癌患者常伴有体重减轻、黄疸、消化不良和消化道梗阻等症状,以及因癌肿压迫或侵犯腹腔神经丛,出现严重的疼痛.由于胰腺癌对放射治疗及化学治疗均不敏感,一直缺乏有效的治疗手段.高强度聚焦超声(HIFU)是一种体外非侵袭性“切除”恶性实体肿瘤的局部治疗手段.HIFU系统将超声波作为能源聚焦在体内形成直径为毫米级的生物学焦域.通过声波和热能转化能在短时间内达到凝固蛋白质和杀死细胞以破坏肿瘤组织,从而达到精确治疗的目的.
