摘要
在高等教育大众化背景下,职业生涯规划教育对大学生的全面发展起着重要的作用。高职教育最突出的特点就是注重对学生职业能力的培养,应针对高职生职业生涯规划中存在的问题,开展对高职生整个大学阶段的就业指导,以充分发挥职业生涯规划教育的有效性。
In a context of higher education popularization,career planning plays an important role in the all-around development of college students.The most prominent feature of vocational education lies in its emphasis on the training of students＇ professional ability.This paper holds that we should,in respect to the problems in students＇ career planning,provide guidance to them in getting employed in the whole process of their college life so that career planning education can be really effective.
