摘要
高职院校开展职业生涯规划教育不仅关系到学生个人的成长,也关系到学生的就业、择业,它已成为高职院校教育教学改革的重要任务和内容。高职教育人才培养目标的特殊性,要求高职院校学生的职业生涯规划教育,必须结合自身实际特点。从高职院校职业生涯规划教育的内涵理解入手,探析当前高职学生职业生涯规划中存在的突出问题,阐述高职院校实施有效职业生涯规划教育应坚持的原则和采取的对策。
Professional career programming education developed in high vocational colleges not only relates to the students＇ individual growth, but also concerns about their employment and job hunting, which has been an important task and content of the educational and teaching reform. The particularity of the talent cultivating objectives requires that the professional career programming education should combine with its own characters. Starting with the under-standing of the connotation, the article analyzes the obvious problems existed in the present students＇ professional ca-reer programming education, indicates the principles and countenncasures we should take to conduct the above educa-tion efficiently.
