摘要
职业生涯设计在一个人的成长与发展中意义重大 ,高等师范院校的大学生迫切需要在职业理想、职业定位、职业发展等方面获得有效指导 ,师范生在其职业生涯设计中应遵循特定的原则。
Vocational designing is an important step in each undergraduate's growth and development. The senior undergraduates do need guidance in their career idealism, suitable profession, and vocational development. Therefore, the undergraduates of the teachers colleges should follow a particularized principle in their vocational designing.
