摘要
吕梁山选煤厂针对中煤和矸石煤泥水处理工艺存在的问题,对其工艺流程进行了优化,将中煤和矸石煤泥水分别进行处理,并对中煤稀介质中所含煤泥进行再次分选;实践证明,改进后有效回收了炼焦煤资源,提升了选煤厂的精煤产率,取得了显著的经济效益。
This paper discusses the structural characteristics,main technical parameters and main application scope of FX pneumatic separator. It introduces the operation characteristics of main structure and components of FX pneumatic separator. Aiming at the various faults frequently occurring in coal preparation plant,the solutions are put forward.
