摘要
目的了解人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)抗体检测标本来源和检测结果,为制定防治政策提供依据。方法分析国家艾滋病综合防治信息系统中,2008～2011年石家庄市所有医疗机构报告的数据。结果石家庄市2008～2011年HIV抗体筛查累计1 906 137人次,确证HIV抗体阳性454例,阳性率为0.24‰。医院系统筛查标本量最多(占59.96%),疾控系统检测阳性率最高(1.86‰)。术前检测、无偿献血人员检测、孕产期检查和输血前检测四类人群占筛查总数的88.64%。阳性率最高的是羁押人员检测(2.92‰)。性病门诊筛查和其他就诊者检测阳性率高于术前检查和受血前检测阳性率(P<0.05)。结论石家庄市HIV抗体检测对象主要为被动筛查人群;羁押人员筛查和自愿咨询检测是发现HIV感染者的重要途径;广泛推广PITC服务有助于及时发现HIV感染者。
Objective To investigate the sample sources and results of human immunodeficiency virus（HIV） antibody test to provide basis for the development of prevention policies. Methods Data from China Comprehensive AIDS Responds Information System,reported by all medical institutions of Shijiazhuang from 2008 to 2011 were analyzed. Results From 2008 to 2011,454 H1V positive cases were found in total 1 906 137 samples,with positive rate of 0.24%. Most screened cases were from hospital system （accounting for 59.96 % ）. The positive rate tested by Center for Diseases Control and Prevention system was the highest（1.86‰）. Cases from preoperative screen, screen before blood transfusion, pregnant period screen and blood donor screen accounted for 88.64 %. The positive rate of custody staffs was the highest（2.92‰）. Compared with preoperative screen and screen before a blood transfusion,the positive rates of screen of STD clinic and of other clinic were statistically different（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The main source of the HIV test might be passive screening people. The important way to identify HIV infectors could be custody staffs screen voluntary counseling and testing. Provider-initiated HIV Testing and Counseling（PlTC） should be promoted widely in medi cal institutions to discover e HIV infectors.
