摘要
在经济全球化大背景下,发达国家大量通过外商直接投资方式参与国际商业活动。外商直接投资在给东道国经济发展带来种种好处的同时,也施加了一些不利的影响,如过分推高东道国贸易顺差,容易引发贸易摩擦等。基于外商直接投资对我国外贸顺差形成的利弊分析后,提出了通过改变我国出口贸易结构、调整贸易促进政策、推进贸易地区多元化、大力发展服务贸易等多项措施并举,努力改善我国外贸顺差过高的政策建议。
In the context of economic globalization, the developed countries participate into international commercial activities largely by means of foreign direct investment. FDI not only brings a lot of benefits to the host country but also applies some adverse effects, such as excessive pushing high the host country＇s trade surplus and causing trade friction. On the basis of the pros and cons analysis, this article puts forward a number of policy recommendations.
