摘要
自改革开放以来,中国对外贸易的发展突飞猛进,成为国际舞台上不容忽视的力量。但是,必须指出的是,中国对外贸易高速增长是建立在劳动和资源禀赋的比较优势基础上,而这种竞争优势,在世界经济、科技发展的新形势下正日益受到挑战。中国对外贸易要在激烈的国际竞争中赢得主动并取得长足的发展,就必须调整贸易发展模式,强化环境意识,实施"科技兴贸",坚持可持续发展。
Since the reform and open policy has adopt ed, the foreign trade of China has developed by leaps and bounds, and China becomes a significant force on the international stage. However, it is very important to point out that the fast growth is due to the comparative advantages like labor and resource, which are increasingly challenged under the changed new situation of world economy and science and technology. The foreign trade could win initiative and develop considerably in the intense and fierce international competition only when the trade mode of development has been changed, the environmental awareness been strengthened, the strategy of revitalizing trade through science and technology been implemented, and the concept of sustainable development been held up and insisted.
