摘要
目的 建立计算机控制的位置偏爱实验系统。方法 采用剂量递增吗啡依赖模型空白对照法及吗啡依赖动物自身对照方法 ,评价作者建立的计算机控制的条件性位置偏爱实验系统。结果 从给药d 3天开始 ,受试动物表现出与用药相关的一侧实验箱 (伴药盒 )的偏好 ,停留时间比在另一侧箱 (非伴药盒 )的长 (P <0 0 1) ,停用吗啡后 ,对伴药盒仍有偏好。结论 在位置偏爱实验系统中计算机自动控制系统的引入是成功的 ,该系统性能稳定、可靠。
AIM To establish a computer controled experiment system of conditioned place preference. METHODS Rat model for dependence was developed by increasing dosage and self compared (s.c. morphine), then the CPP effects in this system were evaluated. RESULTS The stayed time of morphine dependence rats, by increasing dosage, was longer than that of control group in the drug paired box, even in withdrawal drug. The same result was found in self\|compared group. CONCLUSION Using the computer auto controled system is successful in CPP system, which is proved stable and reliable.
