摘要
目的:对比观察72例美托洛尔治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法:选取72例慢性充血性心力衰竭患者,随机分为两组,对照组36例采用传统抗心力衰竭治疗,治疗组36例在此基础上加用美托洛尔治疗,剂量递增,比较两组治愈率及治疗前后血压、心率等改善情况。结果:两组患者在治愈率、血压、心率改善情况等方面比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:美托洛尔在临床治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭效果显著,能够较好的改善患者的临床症状及心功能,用药用量具有一定的规律性。
Objective To assess the Curative Effect of Metoprolol the Treatment of Chronic Congestive Heart Failure.Methods Selects 72 cases with chronic congestive heart failure is the object of study,divides into two groups stochastically,the control group of 36 patients treated with traditional anti-heart failure;group of 36 patients treated on this basis,plus metoprolol treatment,cure rates were compared before and after treatment of blood pressure and heart rate to improve the situation.Results Two groups in cure rate,blood pressure,heart rate on the reverse side to improve the situation significantly（P0.05）.Conclusion Metoprolol in the clinical treatment of chronic congestive heart failure significant effect,to better improve the clinical symptoms and cardiac function,medication has a certain amount of regularity.
