摘要
本文从中医学角度对无症状人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)感染期的病因病机、辨证治疗、中医药疗效评价标准、干预无症状HIV感染期的作用机制等方面进行了阐述。认识到无症状HIV感染期的中医病因病机为艾滋病疫毒之邪侵袭机体,邪毒渐进而正气渐弱,处于正邪伏争状态,邪毒多为湿与热,正虚以气虚多见,涉及肺、脾、肾;中医辨证治疗以治未病、审机论治和整体辨证为主线;以症状体征计分和生存质量量表作为中医药疗效评价方法;从细胞水平、分子水平深入地揭示艾滋病中医药治疗的作用机制,为研发干预无症状HIV感染期的中药新药奠定基础。
This article expounded the etiology and pathogenesis, the dialectical therapy, the traditional Chinese medicine efficacy evaluation criteria and the intervention in mechanism of asymptomatic HIV infection from the TCM point. The TCM etiology and pathogenesis of asymptomatic HIV infection were AIDS toxicity invading the body, the toxicity gradually growing while the vital qi was diminuendo. The state of the body was struggled between vital qi and pathogen. The toxicities mostly were dampness and heat, and the deficient vital qi, involving the lung, spleen and kidney. The main line of differential treatment of Chinese medicine were preventive treatment of disease, reviewing the machine for treatment and overall syndrome diagnosis. The efficacy evaluation methods were scoring of symptoms and signs and scale of life quality. Deeply revealed the mechanism of TCM treatment for AIDS from the cellular level and molecular level, had laid foundation for the development of new traditional Chinese medicines for intervention in asymptomatic HIV infection.
