摘要
本文从中风发生学和治疗学现状及困惑中认识到 ,本病病理的复杂和盲区是疗效不佳的根本原因 ,中风发生学具有鲜明的“热毒”色彩 ,进而提出“中风热毒论”假说。认为中风发生和演进中 ,有“毒”的信息存在 ,中风时空维具备毒的十大特征。因而 。
After reviewing the present situation of the study of apoplectic etiology and therapeutics and the difficulties existing in the apoplectic treatment, the author of this article thinks that the basic causes of the undesirable curative efficacy of apoplexy are the complication and blind area of the pathology of apoplexy. The author considers that apoplectic etiology is clearly characterized by toxic heat, and has further put forward a hypothesis of the relationship between toxic heat and apoplexy. The author holds that there are messages of toxic heat in apoplectic onset and development, and that the ten distinguishing characteristics of the toxic heat exist both in the time dimension and space dimension of apoplectic development. The author concludes that the therapy of clearing heat and removing toxins should be the most important treatment of apoplexy.
