摘要
艾滋病是由艾滋病病毒入侵人体,破坏人体免疫系统,并发多种机会性感染和肿瘤,具有传染性强,病死率高的特点。针对艾滋病,现以卫气营血辨证思路研究,则艾滋病的急性感染期,病变以卫分证、气分证为主,病性以邪实为主;无症状期,病变以气分证、气营两燔证为主,病性为邪实正损并见;艾滋病期,病变以营分证、血分证为多见,病性以正虚为主。探究应用卫气营血理论辨治艾滋病,在判断病变部位、层次、性质、证候类型,以及病程阶段、发展趋势、传变规律等方面具有脏腑辨证无法替代的独到优势,对拓展中医药诊治艾滋病的辨证方法方面具有独到的价值。
Acquired immune deficiency syndrome(AIDS)is caused by the invasion of HIV into the human body,the destruction of the body’s immune system,and a variety of opportunistic infections and tumors,which has the characteristics of strong infectivity and high mortality.For HIV/AIDS,the research on syndrome differentiation of weifen,qifen,yingfen and xuefen is now carried out.In the acute infection stage of AIDS,pathological changes are mainly of the syndrome of weifen and qifen,and the disease is mainly of pathogenic solid.In the a symptomatic stage,pathological changes are mainly the syndrome of qifen and flaring heat in qifen and yingfen,and the disease is mainly of healthy qi deficiency and pathogen excessiveness.In the stage of AIDS,pathological changes are mainly syndrome of yingfen and xuefen,and the disease is mainly healthy qi deficiency.To explore the application of the theory of syndrome differentiation of weifen,qifen,yingfen and xuefen in the treatment of HIV/AIDS,it has unique advantages in visceral syndrome differentiation that cannot be replaced in terms of judging the location,level,nature,type of symptoms stage of the disease,development trend,and transmission law.It has a unique value in expanding the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation method of diagnosis and treatment of AIDS.
