摘要
当前艾滋病中医体质研究主要涉及理论研究、类型分布研究、相关病症研究及相关指标研究。现有的研究多侧重从理论到理论的探讨,缺乏基于数据支持的深入分析;中医体质的影响因素多样,涉及环节众多,既要考虑地域、年龄等因素的影响,也要考虑治疗措施等干预因素。中医体质类型对高效抗逆转录病毒治疗(highly active antiretroviral therapy,HAART)的影响不明显,推测HAART针对的是人类免疫缺陷病毒本身,而中医体质对人类免疫缺陷病毒复制的影响有限。
The current researches of TCM constitution of AIDS patients mainly involve theoretical researches,type distribution researches,related disease or syndrome researches and related index researches. The existing researches mostly focus on the theory exploration,and there is a lack of in-depth analysis based on clinical data. The influential factors of TCM constitution of AIDS patients are diverse and many aspects get involved in. It is necessary to consider the influence of such factors as geography and age,as well as the factor of treatment measures. The effect of TCM constitution type factor on the treatment effect of highly active antiretroviral therapy（HAART） is not significant. It is speculated that HAART is used to directly against the HIV virus itself,while the TCM constitution AIDS patients has a limited impact on the replication of human immunodeficiency virus.
