摘要
针对高泥质疏松砂岩油藏开发中后期开采中常规酸化易导致储层出砂加剧和近井地带堵塞等问题,开展了黏稳酸携砂充填防砂工艺技术研究,研制开发了具有解堵、携砂、稳砂等功能黏稳酸携砂液体系,其基本配方为6%HCl+3%ZNW+0.1%HPAM+0.05%交联剂+添加剂。该体系具有较好的缓速酸化解堵、携砂充填防砂和抑制二次沉淀等性能,酸化有效作用距离在2.0m以上,黏度保留率达60%以上。现场5口试验井施工后产能提高了1.93倍,施工成功率100%,有效期长,最长生产时间已超过400多天,较好的解决了高泥质疏松砂岩油藏开发中后期出砂和堵塞的开发难题。
In order to solve the reservoir plugging problem of convention acid treating in High argillaceous sandstone reservoir, viscosity steady acidizing fluid system was developed and the its gravel fill sand control technology was also analyzed. The base formula of the acidizing fluid system was composed of 6% HCL+3%ZNW+0.1%HPAM+0.05%cross linking agent + addition agent. The viscosity steady acidizing fluid system have preferable performances, such as good acidizing and broken down property, prop-carrying and sand control capacity, and restrain secondary precipitate and smaller damage to reservoir. The effective acidification distance of the system outranged two meter. Through field application in five wells, the results indicated that the deliverability have raised 1.93 times, the operation success ratio was 100%, production time has exceeded 400 days, and the viscosity steady acidizing fluid system could resolve the development problems of sand production and wellbore sealing.
