高泥质强水敏砂岩储层酸液体系研究 被引量:2

Research on the Acidizing Fluid System Applied in Highly Argillaceous and Water-sensitive Sandstone Reservoirs

摘要 采用溶蚀率测定实验和岩心流动实验研究了适合于高泥质、强水敏砂岩储层岩石酸化的酸液体系配方,分析了酸液种类、酸液浓度和关井时间对酸化效果的影响。结果表明,对泥质含量较高的砂岩储层,采用含氢氟酸的酸液体系酸化效果较好,但为了防止二次沉淀生成,必须优化设计酸液浓度和反应时间;对水敏性强的储层酸化,采用含氟硼酸和氢氟酸的缓速酸酸液体系酸化比土酸效果更好。在酸化后,注入防膨液段塞能稳定粘土,延长和提高酸化效果。 Through analyzing dissolution capability and core flowing experiment,the acidizing fluid system applied in highly argillaceous and water-sensitive sandstone reservoirs was researched. Effects of the type and concentration of acidizing fluids and shut-in time for acidizing were analyzed. The results indicate that for highly argillaceous sandstone reservoirs, the acidizing effect of containing hydrofluoric acid fluid is better. But to prevent secondary precipitation, it is necessary to optimize the concentration of acidizing fluids and reaction time;for strong water sensitive reservoirs, the acidizing effect of retarded acid containing fluoboric acid and hydrofluoric acid are better than that of mud acid. After acidizing, injecting clay-antisweller can stabilize clay, and the acidizing effect is prolonged and improved.
