摘要
高泥质、疏松砂岩油藏同时存在大量出砂和地层严重污染堵塞问题。对这类油层如采用传统的机械和化学防砂工艺 ,则防不住粉细砂 ,或防砂有效而产液量大幅度下降。分析了曲堤油田防砂及解堵过程中的经验教训及要解决的关键技术问题 ;通过室内防膨、解堵、稳砂拦砂流动模拟试验等方法 ,研究开发出解堵防砂一体化技术 ,该方法可在酸化解除地层堵塞的同时改变砂粒表面电位 ,增强砂粒内聚力而起到防砂的作用。通过现场 156口井的应用 ,解堵防砂有效率达 92 .3 % ,平均有效期 2 74d ,累计增油 43 .4× 10 4 t 。
In oil-field development courses, the problem of sand-flowing in large quantities and serious polluted plugging exists simultaneously in the moderatel y or highly shaly, low temperature, loose sand oil reservoirs is a difficult tec hnical problem needs to be solved urgently. Traditional mechanical and chemical sand control for this kind of oil reservoir is ineffective or causes blocking of porosity, leading to the decrease of liquid produce. This thesis chiefly analys es the experience and lessons in the course of sand exclusion and plugging remov ing in quit oilfield. A technology called “three-new technology” which combine s sand control with plugging removing theory, new prescription and new technology was developed. The principle of acid plugging removing was applied to eliminate the polluted plugging, while the electric potential at the surface of sand grain can be altered and the force gathering the sand grain can be enhanced, which pl ay a key role of sand control. Good results were achieved after using this techn ology in Quit-field, and the advantages and practicability of this technology we re proven.
