强水敏高泥质砂岩油藏物理法解堵工艺研究 被引量:2

摘要 桩139块储层属于高泥质、强水敏疏松砂岩油藏,在井下作业以及日常生产过程中,易出现近井地带堵塞和砂埋防砂中心管的现象,目前采用的酸化以及光冲管防砂中心管冲砂等工艺,无法较好解决此类工艺难点。在进行防膨剂优选、水敏评价等相关实验的基础上,应用定向井旋转射流解堵装置,实施高压水射流的物理法解堵工艺,经过现场应用,取得了较好的效果。 Reservoirs in block Zhuang139 are highly argillaceous,water-sensitive,unconsolidated sandstone reservoirs.In downhole operation and routine production process,the phenomenons of near-well-bore plugging and sanding in sand control center pipe are likely to happen.Currently used processes such as acidizing and sand washing pipe can not successfully solve the problems.Based on related experiments of antiswelling agent optimization and water sensitivity evaluation,a device of rotary jet deplugging for directional well is used to perform physical deplugging by high pressure water jet.Field application has achieved good result.
