The Historicism of Physical Education Curriculum Reform in China

摘要 2001年体育课程改革引发了各界热议,其中最被诟病之处是因为没有规定具体教学内容而使一线教师无所适从,进而导致教学质量下滑,学生体质下降。从历史主义强调发展的观点出发,三级管理体制下的课程标准是体育课程改革迈出的具有转折意义的一步。它与目前体育课堂教学存在的一系列问题有一定关系,但不是直接决定的关系。宏观教育制度的偏离和学校体育制度无力应该首先为学生体质下降承担责任。当前理论家所要做的不仅是学派争鸣,不仅是对体育课堂上"奇装异服"的批判,更是鼓励一线教师的创造精神,推进制度的具体落实;实践界所要做的也不是畏首畏尾,不是怨天尤人,而是在新课标预留的权力空间里合理规划,推进个人事业和体育事业的共同进步。 In 2001, physical education curriculum reform sparked a heated debate, one of the most be criti cized is that there is no specific teaching content and teachers don't know what course to take,which led to the teaching quality and students' fitness declining. From the opinion of historicism, the three level management system of the curriculum standard is sports curriculum reform of taking the step of a turning point. It should be responsible for the problems at present, but not directly. The deviation of macro educa tion system and school sports system should be the first to bear the responsibility for students' physical fitness declining. The current theorists have to do is not only school debate, and criticize to bizarre dress, but also encouraged the creation of a teacher spirit, promote the specific implementation of the system. Practitioner should to do is not shrink, not complain, but promoting individual career and sports enterprise common progress in space reserved by the new standard.
